Cathy has been promoting and selling property on the Southern Costa Blanca for more than 20 years.  During this time she has run her own Overseas Property Company here in Spain, the UK and in Bulgaria with six offices at its peak (1998 to 2007), also marketing properties in Florida, Cyprus and Dubia.

The business has always been family-run and our work ethic is to give as personal a service as we can, based on honesty, trust and building good lasting relationships.  Our philosophy is to strive to meet and wherever possible exceed our client's expectations.  The result is that many people who arrived in Spain as our clients over the years have now become some of our best friends and are still happy in the knowledge that their dream of a 'Home in the Sun' has been fulfilled.

Living here in the area of Orihuela Costa for so many years we often meet our clients out socially, we are confident that we can meet in any bar or go for dinner with any of our clients, now friends, they are very supportive and know how hard we have worked everyday and over the years to maintain our high standards.
